The President needs to invigorate the space program. We need to send an advance party of colonists to Mars to live and work on Mars for a period of no less than ten years. The party will consist of no less than nine hardened convicts awaiting the death sentence and Piers Morgan as their leader. We feel Piers Morgan more than adequate to lead this group and that hardened convicts will be suitable to send to Mars.
If the colony lasts for ten years then they should have developed sufficient resources on Mars to be able to continue living there indefinitely.
