I propose the remaining prisoners at the Guantanamo Detention Center be transferred to the prison in Kabul Afghanistan. Very soon after that the Afghanistan government will release those prisoners due to their belief that there is not enough evidence to convict them under their law. So be it.
This movement of prisoners should then be followed up by joining the NATO forces in the withdrawal of all American government troops, advisers and contracted forces.
It is time to step back and allow Afghanistan to sort things out for themselves in their own way. Good luck to them and may God bless.
