Send all foreigners back to their home countries and arrange for govt. reform in said countries

As an American citizen, I strongly believe the foreign policy in our government is in need of renewal. Foreigners have immigrated to the U.S. to escape from unfair govt. in their homelands; therefore I feel it may be necessary to arrange for govt. renewal in those countries, as the U.S. is becoming increasingly overpopulated. Doctors appointments, hospital visits, jobs, and even school acceptance timelines are continuously postponed because of the overcrowding issue. So, I feel the only way to resolve this problem is by making the govt. in a foreigner's home country more like ours here in the U.S.
