Gay and Lesbian Americans continually complain about a lack of rights based on their sexual choices. Send them to an ocean island where an infrastructure will be built to give the them a permanent community where their rights may be enacted by what ever laws they choose. They will develop industries to self sustain their island and will not be allowed back into the United States, and will live out their lives on this island.
