Give all life time inmates implanted chips and send them overseas to other countries to live and fight against terrorists and never to re-enter the United States. This will save the taxpayers money from $35,000 to over $150,000 a year per person to be incarcerated in our prisons. We have individuals living on less than $10,000 a year barely making it day to day and inmates are getting so much more. An individual who makes over $700 in a month cannot get any kind of help unless there are children in the home. Inmates get three meals a day, free healthcare, and free housing. While their is over 150,000 life term inmates at an average of $75,000 a year costing taxpayers in the billions and even trillions of dollars. Let them fight and kill terrorists for other countries.
