Syrian refugees will be best served by being settled in a country where the language, culture, climate, political structures, food, and dominant religion is like their own. Countries such as Saudia Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, etc. have lots of money and would be able to accommodate these refugees. They are also a LOT closer.
