We, the people just do not know enough about these juveniles. With disease like scabies and STD's we simply cannot jeopardize our future for these kids. Harboring of these individuals is not what this country wants or needs. We need to deport these kids and treat them the same way we would treat any other illegal alien, no exceptions. This is the land of opportunity, no doubt.
Step 1: The reformation of our immigration policies.
Step 2: do not allow states to harbor or grant shelter to illegal immigrants.
Step 3: Remove all undocumented aliens from this country and pay penalties and back taxes, if they did indeed work.
