Enter into Law the Right of States of this United States Of America to Govern themselves as to the Laws Of the Use medical marijuana. Remove all penalties and remove all Laws pertaining to the use of and manufacture of medical marijuana. Let the people of each State have a say into it's own Laws. Let them Govern themselves as to the US Constitution.
