Mr President you have been elected and are paid by the people of the United States of American to do a job. By law part of the job that you have been delegated to do is send to congress a buget by Feb 4th. You have failed 3 out of four years thus far and have violated the law. Excuses that it is someone elses fault are not part of the law. Send your budget to Congress as required byu Feb 4th.
