Kenneth Bae, the American citizen sentenced to 15 years in a North Korean labor camp, has been moved to a hospital after a serious deterioration in his health.
Bae is the longest-serving United States prisoner of North Korea since the end of the Korean War.
We thank President Obama for urging the North Korean government to release Bae. However, we need to send Bill Clinton over to Pyongyang for face-to-face discussions with Kim Jung-Un to finalize the release and oversee Bae's safe removal from North Korea.
