In the US 100 Million Americans have Arrest or Criminal Records. Which makes it difficult with finding employment, traveling, housing programs, financial aid for college, hunting, and license to carry, Even if your found "NOT GUILTY". In this country if your found not guilty either by a court, or a jury, it should be a right to have that charge off your arrest record. Currently there is no Federal Expungement Bill in the United States. So if your charged by the US Attorney, and arrested by the F.B.I, Secret Service, US Marshall Service, US Park Police, etc... you have no avenue to get that charge or arrest officially off your record.
