BACKGROUND :
Europa, a small moon of Jupiter which was discovered by Galileo and is one of the four Galilean moons. Recently scientists have found that the moon may be hosting a subsurface ocean which is speculated to harbor extraterrestrial life.
MESSAGE TO THE PRESIDENT: We hope that Mr President and the Congress will authorize NASA to start a cryobot mission to explore the subterranean oceans of Europa and, at the same time, provide more funds to NASA to start the aforementioned mission. The value of the scientific discovery on Europa will be great, especially when the cryobot had found some sort of life forms there, which will be a greatest discovery in the human history and a milestone towards contact with intelligent extraterrestrial life.
