Mr. President
We the people of the United States of America petition are duly elected government as supported by the signatures herein, call upon the president to enact and enforce an executive order compelling one Douglas H of Escondido, CA to remain after class for a period of not less than three hours. Furthermore, we the undersigned desire that once held in detention, Douglas H should be compelled to write on the board, "I will not place my small ideas above the rights of my fellow citizens." This to be scribed in the traditional manner 25,000 times or a number equal to the number of signatories who signed his petition, which ever is greater.
