HSBC Executives just got off for murder - literally. Over the past 10-20 years they have been aiding and abetting Gangsters, Drug Cartels, Iran, Sudan, N. Korea, Terrorists but because they are too big to fail they are also too big to jail...
Yes, the bank failing may hurt the economy, but who's to say we cannot find each and every Executive of HSBC an honest replacement, then send that Exec to jail for the rest of their lives?
In this way we show corporations that they are liable and will be prosecuted.
