send the extra equipment leftover from the war in Afghanistan to the UN for peacekeeping missions in Africa.

Created by T.M. on June 20, 2013

The equipment leftover from the war in Afghanistan is being scrapped or left behind rather than being put to good use. The UN has struggled to maintain good equipment and supplies for its peacekeeping forces and those forces would greatly benefit from this equipment. Many countries that supply the UN with troops struggle to adequately outfit their soldiers and this would remedy that shortfall while also further proving the United States's commitment to stopping large scale violence.
