Michigan Governor Rick Snyder has been criminal in his dealings with the people of Flint, Michigan. He has aided in poisoning an entire city with unprecedented amounts of lead as well as caused close to 100 individuals to contract Legionnaire's Disease (10 have died). You have declared a state of emergency, however, sending money to the very criminals who caused and covered up this potential genocide, will only lead to misuse epand abuse. Therefore, I am asking that you, with all due respect, appoint a Federal Emergency Manager to manage the money and oversee the entire process to not only fix the water infrastructure, but to ensure the current and future medical needs of all the residents are taken care of in an expeditious and compassionate manner.
