Authorize the Federal Emergency Managment Agency to
immediatly take charge of the crisis in Flint, Michigan.
Regardless of who is to blame, this is clearly a "natural"
disaster. Take care of the problem NOW and bill the
responsible parties later. The People of Flint should not have to suffer the consequences of a delayed response.
