As we all know, Carlos Pablo de Esteban rules a gigantic Drug Empire, that spans across the entire globe. It is clearly unknown if he is Mexican or Spanish, but increasing drug activity in Mexico seems to imply that, even if not Mexican, Esteban is currently residing there.
So I call to YOU, Obama, to send your millitary into Mexico, and catch the elusive rat, the Drug Kingpin, Carlos Pablo de Esteban, and end his malevolent reign forever. Of course, the Mexican government won't agree in this, so I suggest waging all out war on the Mexicans, since their government is probably in league with him anyway.
