Send humanitarian aid to Serbia, and Bosnia

There has recently been a flood, that has struck Bosnia, and parts of Serbia. It is true that their governments have not made the best of choices during and after the Bosnian War. They have also made bad choices in Kosovo. But the regions have been struck with the worst flood in over 120 years. There are people suffering. Some people are trapped, some. have no food, some have had their homes destroyed. We as Americans live in the best country in the world. So as human beings, and Americans, we need to aid the innocent people living in the war torn countries of Bosnia, and Serbia. We have the power to to stop the death toll from rising. It would be best for us and our relations with Serbia, Bosnia, and their citizens if we send humanitarian relief.
