send Keith to a secret prison, like Gitmo or whatever has some space

We the People petition to have my friend Keith sent to a prison camp. Perhaps we can do a trade with the Soviets to send him to the Gulag or whatever prison is comprable to Guantanamo, but colder because I think he dislikes the cold. Perhaps a secret Canadian prison where they force him to speak French.
