To send lay off notice to the offices of congress in the event of a government shut down

Each office in congress has engaged in non performance tactics and has decided to put the United States of America in financial jeopardy by failing to do their job. The offices they hold are to pay for services the American people have approved in a timely fashion. These congress people have also insulated these offices from financial harm by voting to exempt them from reprocusions in the event they do not do this job. There must be accountability for these people just as there is for people who hold a real job.
