WHEREAS, the Commonwealth of Ky has been a welfare state for more than 5 decades, receiving back as much as $1.48 for every dollar sent to Washington, AND WHEREAS, Mitch McConnell and his legion of looney constituents opine for smaller government, and entitlement reform, we petition the Obama administration to SEND a bill to Congress to begin with them.
