send legislation to Congress taxing capital gains at the same rate as earned income.

Created by K.T. on October 07, 2011

Currently, capital gains--the primary method of income for the investment class--are only taxed at fifteen percent. Income from wages, however, are taxed as high as 39% by comparison. This puts people who work for a living at a disadvantage compared to people whose income is from financial manipulation.
