The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (N.A.S.A.) has shrunk it's operations over the past few decades effectively to launching satellites and experiments at the I.S.S.. This has even come to the point that N.A.S.A. doesn't even launch its own spacecraft. This has had a negative impact on it and has caused N.A.S.A. to fall to the level of or behind other space agencies such as The E.S.A, F.K.A./R.K.A., C.N.S.A., and others.
We the signers of this petition believe that (a) manned space mission(s) to the moon and the construction of a permanent research laboratory/space outpost on the surface of the moon would help N.A.S.A. once again become the worlds leader in space exploration. Other benefits would be the creation of thousands of jobs and scientific development.
