Human trafficking is at an all time high in human history, and the problem is getting worse. In order for the perpetrators of his horrific act to be brought to justice our law enforcement must have the proper training in order to recognize the warning signs. Often times victims are either powerless or to afraid to speak out on their own behalf and without proper training in the matter officers will be ill equipped to discover it on their own. This topic needs more attention from the American people and it needs to start at the top.
