Russia is attempting to reacquire to its former Soviet holdings. Prevent them from gaining a financial and international partner in the western hemisphere. Drop the embargo with Cuba and allow the hundred and thousands of Americans of Cuban descent export western beliefs, money and trade to Cuba. The alternative is right as Cuba is beginning to venture into more fredoms for its people, Russia competing with the United States 100 miles from Florida.
