Even if economical conditions become ideal, 6% of Americans are expected to remain unemployed. They will get Obamacare and other benefits. So, I suggest:
- Send 6% of Americans to work as teachers abroad. Those with less teaching skills can teach the highly sought after spoken American language.
- Continue to provide them with Obamacare and other benefits as if they were still in the USA. This will make it lucrative for many countries to employ them.
- It won't be boring for them, because in every metropolitan area in the world there will be a small (or maybe large) American Town.
- The world will americanize.
