1/29, Kade'jah Davis; A smart 12 year old girl who was shot in a drive by shooting over a cell phone. Her murderer was suppose to have an active tether, but it was never activated.
2/20, Delric Miller IV; A 9 month old baby boy was shot with an AK47 while sleeping, over a previous dispute at a baby shower.
2/27, Unknown; A 6 year old boy was shot riding his bike.
2/27, Unknown; And most recently, a 14 year old shot his mother while sleeping because she wouldn't let him, "run with a gang".
