Send the next MSL rover to the Titan to study rivers and lakes in order to captivate and inspire generations to come.

Since we first landed in July 20th, 1976, Mars has captivated and inspired generations through the many programs, such as Viking, Sojourn, Spirit/Opportunity, Phoenix, and now, the Mars Science Laboratory, otherwise known as Curiosity, has taken our scientific understanding of Mars and our own planet to a whole new level, but with all these discoveries, we must not forget that there is so much more in our solar system to explore, so I am encouraging my fellow citizens in joining me in asking the president to commission a study to see the feasibility and costs of sending the next planned nuclear powered science laboratory to Saturn's moon, Titan, instead of Mars, to study the active river beds and test the composition of Titans lakes, atmosphere, and geology.
