No Chain (The Association of North Korean Political Victims & Their Families) calls on freedom-loving people all over the world to sign this petition to urge the U.S. Government to continue to work with the international community to speed up the referral and prosecution of North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un to the International Criminal Court, and seek justice for the countless number of people in North Korea and elsewhere who have suffered and are still suffering under Kim Jong Un. While Kim Jong Un conducts nuclear tests and fires off missiles, his people starve and suffer.
