The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) has overstepped its boundaries as a member of the global community with its threats towards South Korea and the United States. Action, even if it is military action, should be taken to restore a sense of safety and security amongst citizens of the United States and South Korea, and to show that threats of nuclear war are not tolerated by the United States.
