Among the minds that laid the foundations of our current Government, Thomas Jefferson held the belief a new Constitutional Convention must be called forth from time to time to insure our Nations foundation never becomes antiquated. It has been 224 years since the Constitution was enacted.
Many issues are being faced by our nation internally. We now faced with Obstructionist Government, Encroachment and Infringement of Civil Liberties, and Socioeconomic Disaster due to the inability for our founding document to provide guidance in today's day and age. We live in a country of political cynics, the slate must be wiped clean in order to progress. Using The Constitution as a foundation a new document is needed to clearly define issues our founders never envisioned.
