Although I do support the "Patriot Act" I believe that it was put in place at a very sensitive time, right after 9/11 and we were in a state of panic. I believe that some aspects, relating to arrests and searches, are in violation of our constitutional rights. I think that the supreme court should revise the "Patriot Act" and make changes to the titles that violate our rights. An alternative would be writing strict guidelines so that law enforcement cannot abuse the powers granted to them by the "Patriot Act"
