Send this petition to Senator Mitch McConnell: It's your duty to act on the President's nomination to the Supreme Court.

As citizens and voters of the United States of America, we’ve already expressed our intent about who should choose the next nominee for the Supreme Court when we voted for President Obama in 2012. As our President, he’s fulfilled his responsibility under the Constitution to nominate Merrick Garland to serve as the next Supreme Court Justice. Now the Senate needs to either approve or deny his nomination under their “advise and consent" role as required by the Constitution. Although some may not have liked the outcome of the election in 2012, you are obligated by the Constitution to act on President Obama's nomination.
