Phil Norris is an Expedition wilderness Guide in Alaska, big bearded mountain man author and anthropologist who believes wholly in every Amendment, not just the 2nd. He begs as a guide and diplomat to be allowed to hike in and speak with the Oregon Militia Protesters before a battle takes place on American soil. He intends to go in unarmed and with the full intention of stopping needless American lives- law enforcement and protesters from having any sort of shooting confrontation.
