Dictator Putin described the ties between the two countries as an “extremely important factor of global politics. Dictator Vladimir Putin rolled out the red carpet (and guards on horseback) for dictator Xi’s arrival, Upon Xi’s arrival he pronounced: “We are working together, helping to shape a new, more just world order, ensure peace and security, defend basic principles of international law.” Yet Russia excels most African countries in terms of corruption - 154th place out of 178th.
