It is clear that there is no military solution that Israel could carry out affectively without seriously harming the citizens of Gaza.
At the same time Israel cannot to be attacked repeatedly and expected to not retaliate.
We petition that U.S. troops be sent to Gaza. A small stabilizing force would prevent Hamas from attacking Israel and bring stability to the region.
