Send Voter Registration Forms and Ballots to all Eligible Voters

High school United States history courses teach us that the cry for independence began with "No taxation without representation!" In the United States today, no one buys in most stores without being taxed. Many other taxes are collected automatically. Yet our representatives do things that result in only 80% of eligible voters being registered and only 33.9% having voted in 2014's election. The state of the art is to get over 90% of eligible voters to vote: that is done in the Ukraine, Angola, Rwanda, and Uruguay. In support of the cause of American Independence, mail voter registration forms to all eligible Americans and mail ballots to all registered voters every election. Enable voting rather than blocking it.
