During the Secretary of Defense's visit to Ft. Huachuca, the C-130 he arrived in unloaded what appeared to be a personally owned vehicle for his use. This demonstrated a disregard for the appropriate use of Government resources for personal comfort. While the Secretary of Defense is extremely busy and does much for the Nation, the perceived abuse of position harms his image in the eyes of the US Army and the Nation.
