Sensible regulation for issuing License to buy guns should include the following:
- Training in each of the firearm(s) prior to purchase.
- Minimum Age before training to be atleast 18 years
- Psychiatric evaluation prior to purchase and re-evaluation every 3 years
- Purchase insurance to cover liability with misuse of the right
- Limit on the number of license per person.
- Report inventory of ammunitions and usage every 12 months along with Tax Return
