To curb the instant access of personal views of those in power who directly influence the laws created, maintained and are administrated within our Republic. The law of the land should not be that it is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission. Our Constitutional Rights should always be first.
To this end, the Social Media should be off limits to any and all members of the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches.
There is no circumstance in which said members would require the instant access of such mediums other than those of Emergency response.
The mediums only serve to further inaccurate information more often then not. And as there is no real proper way to restrict what is conveyed, it is far easier to just outlaw its usage.
