We the people feel it is necessary to administer the Death Penalty to any person charged with first degree murder in which there is no doubt of the suspects guiltiness. The punishment should fit the crime and the Death Penalty is a fitting punishment for any criminal intentionally taking the life of another human. If it was made more cost effective to administer the Death Penalty it could be more widely used. Making the Death Penalty more widely used would lead to a decrease in violent crime by serving as a deterrent to criminals.
