My fiancé Dustin Pulido is serving a 20 year sentence at the age of 28 for a drug crime. In his possession was 8oz and a pistal. They charged him with 9.9 keys off someone's word who's in trouble with the law and in hopes he gets out. There was never any evidence of that amount but they charge Dustin with it anyways. He has been in trouble before but instead of helping him get treatment, they sent him to prison. Dustin has a little girl who needs her daddy home. I feel that mandatory minimums for non violent offenses are to high. The disparity between sentencing for power crack cocaine was changed in 2012 due to the Fair Sentencing Act of that year. I ask that the sentencing for Dustin Pulido of Texas be greatly reduced from 20 years. It's a huge strain on tax-payers dollars. Thank you...
