A person convicted of non-violent felony crimes and misdemeanors, who at the time was under the age of 25 be pardon and expunge their record.
Under the current laws, ones record is there for life (other then getting a pardon). Under this current system it does not reward a person for doing good but only bad .The current system clogs up our appeals courts and Executive branch, both federal and state from people seeking relief, which is almost impossible.
I propose the President enact a law to automatically expunge the records of Non-violent felons and misdemeanors of persons who were under age of 25 at the time of their crimes. After they have been criminally free and incarceration free for a period 20+ years. Their record automatically pardon and expunged much like a driving record.
