Remove Church and State from the government and make states remove such language from their constitutions.
For example: The Texas Constitution.
In Article 1 (Bill of Rights), Section 4 (Religious Test) it states "...nor shall any one be excluded from holding office on account of his religious sentiments, provided he acknowledge the existence of a Supreme Being."
This is blatantly against the First Amendment of the US Constitution as it clearly denies a government position to someone who does not believe in a "Supreme Being" (ex: agnostics, atheists, etc.)
