Internet content providers should not be allowed to also provide the content. That is a conflict of interests that temps them to prioritize their own content over competing content. Until these two things are kept separate we will not have net neutrality and the freedom of the internet will be at risk.
In this day an age internet access is not just a privilege, it is a requirement that all citizen's need to get their work done and lead productive and well informed lives.
