Military has a great responsibility to protect and defend the border and interest of our nation. On the same note, the only thing separating our military from terrorist are our laws.
Military command authority to establish order in the rank for the purpose of war should not be confused with lawlessness. Various lawsuits brought to light that victim have been persecuted. MilitaryLegal process broken. This cannot be conducive to a discipline military, a capable military, or a legal military under our constitution.
Commander of any worth should not shrink from their responsibility as a commander. They should not avoid legal repercussion by warping legal processes.
The military mission is not a valid excuse for denying US citizen of their constitutional rights. Especially due process.
