separate needs vs wants, why are we borrowing money then giving borrowed money to other countries to help them?

We need to separate our needs and wants, we need to stand up to other countries and tell them we don't have the money to support you during these hard times. Once we get past all our economic problems our self we would be able to go back to those countries and offer support. Another thing we need to look at is entitlements, we don't need to be providing free cellular phones to low income families. We should look into all entitlements and review them on if they are needed and look for ways to cut fraud.
