Anything and everything that is decided in illinois is decided by CHICAGO. Most of the state is Republican but Chicago is very democratic. This makes it hard for anything we want to happen became reality. Take CCW for instance(Concealed carry); and overwhelming majority of the state want it but because of Quinn and his fellow politicians who are afraid of anything that goes boom, this cannot be achieved. Get rid of Chicago!
