Think of all the money saved if different religions paid for their own churches and activities. All religion has done for the world is set us back from advancement, bringing nothing but death, fights, setbacks, destruction, war, contradictions, and biased opinions. This is not saying to ban religion; everyone should believe what they want to. What this IS saying is for churches to stop being funded by taxes (especially of those who don't support the religion) and for those taxes to be put to something useful, such as paying of the debt or scientific advancements.
